“We’ve seen the beginning of the end for women in STEM”

We’ve seen some amazing strides in women’s representation in STEM, but that progress is being slowed by a lot of systemic issues that disproportionately affect women of color and people of color of color.

As a result, there are a lot more men than women in the STEM workforce and, especially for the younger generation, that is something that is going to continue to impact the field.

But the biggest thing is that we’ve seen a lot less of that diversity.

There is a lot fewer women in leadership positions in the U.S. STEM workforce than there used to be.

The gender pay gap has also decreased.

And a lot is being done to make sure that women are treated fairly.

So, the fact that women don’t make up that much of the workforce is a pretty huge thing.

And I think that we’re at a tipping point.

We’ve had a lot in the last few years of these stories about the need for change and change coming to women in tech.

The story of the tech community in general, and Silicon Valley in particular, is a really powerful story, and I think we’re seeing a lot now of that kind of activism, and a lot being talked about and a little bit of hope that it’s changing.

So we want to see that change, and the more that we can see that, the more hope there is that it can actually change.

But, yeah, I think it’s going to be hard for a lot, if not all, of us in the tech industry to see the end of that and see a more equal representation of women in these different jobs.

And the fact is that tech isn’t just a male-dominated field, and that’s true for almost every field, but it’s not a black-dominated one.

And there are all kinds of other factors that affect the pay, the hiring practices, the culture of hiring, and we have to keep working to try and make sure we’re making that change.

We can’t just assume that this is the right way to go forward.

I think a lot people in tech and the tech ecosystem are working really hard to make that change and see that happen, and they’re hopeful that it will happen.

I’m a little worried that there are some guys in tech who just don’t want change to happen, who are saying that they don’t like women in their lives, that they hate women in general and they are going to make it worse for women and people who are really trying to do their best.

But there are plenty of other guys who are working to make a change.

And for us, I do think it’ll be a struggle for a while, but we’ll see if that continues.

It’s something that we have an opportunity to do and to help build the kind of world that is inclusive of all people.

But I think the fact of the matter is that the tech world is full of incredible women.

And that’s just a fact.

But as a community, we have a lot to do.

And so, I’m really proud to be part of the #MeToo movement.

And if you are, I want to congratulate you.

I have a question for you.

When did you realize that you were going to start a company?

How did that process work for you?

I want you to answer that.

And just a quick question for everyone, because it’s a little different than some of the questions that I get from people who don’t have experience in the field of tech.

So this is a question I’m going to have to ask myself, and it is a little difficult to answer.

So I am really curious.

I just want to make clear that I have no connection to this company, and neither do I have any connection to the women in it.

I am not a parent.

And this is an experiment.

So if you don’t understand that, I don’t think I can answer your question.

But for me, the question is not: What happened to you?

It’s: What is the future of this company?

And I just really want to get the answers to those questions out there and I really want you all to have a great experience.

But just a few general points.

I wanted to say that I am a fan of the hashtag #MeToDo.

And it’s really important for me to tell you that I was really excited about that idea.

And part of what I was hoping to accomplish with this is to get people to be more conscious of how they are contributing to the world around them.

And my goal is to help people understand that the world is a place that is a great place to live, but there is a ton of work that needs to be done.

And one of the biggest things is to make the world a better place for people of all races and genders.

I believe that we are all going to do better when we all come together
